Dave Dandar of O.L.E., LLC has taken great care to restore and preserve this beautiful piece of Sioux Falls’ architectural heritage, and we worked to present his work with the same degree of intentionality and attention to detail.

Beginning with a thorough logo design concept process, we developed both a logo and a brand identity that would present the Boyce-Greeley as the classy, urbane building that she is: the work of craftsmen of last century restored in this century with a level of craftsmanship that would make them proud.

After photographing features of the building, we developed flyers, direct mail pieces, display boards and an exterior banner along with the website as the building was offered to condo buyers and commercial and residential tenants.
